Order Acceptance
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the product/products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.

All orders are subject to product availability. Angel Yarns reserves the right to cancel any order in whole or in part. Angel Yarns cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill your orders.

When you place an order to purchase a product from Angel Yarns, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an email confirmation to you that we have dispatched a product/products to you (the "Dispatch Update Email"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Update Email to you for the product/products dispatched. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed via the Dispatch Update Email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract.

Orders are accepted on a product line by product line basis and not as a whole.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of, but not limited to, one of the following:

• The product ordered being unavailable from stock or out of production
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a product pricing or product description error
• The identification of a shipping price error

Back Orders
Should your item not be in stock we will place it on back-order - if on back-order please allow between 10 to 28 days for delivery. (Please note that Rowan, Jaeger, Debbie Bliss, Opal, GGH and Regia products which are not in stock can be dispatched usually within 7 working days, although Noro and Angora products can take up to 28 days for delivery. Addi, unfortunately, cannot be relied upon to deliver in a timely manner and may take several months, this is out of our control and we are sourcing alternative products).

While we are the largest online store in Europe and hold more stock than any of our contemporaries it is not possible for us to hold stock of all our 6,500+ products 100% of the time.

Unlike nearly all other types of retailing, holding stock of, for example, 20 of one particular item is never a guarantee of being able to supply every order. It is fine for books that are bought one at a time but every day we are as likely to have orders for 18 balls as we are 2.

To fulfil orders we also need to take into account the dye lots - we may have more than enough of a colour to supply an order but because of different dye lots we need to order more so that they match. As an example, we recently had an order for 13 balls of one colour but even though we had 40 available we had to order in another 2 packs of 10 as we hadn't enough in a matching dye lot - unfortunately this is a daily occurrence!

We are also at the mercy of our suppliers, some of whom we will be dropping over the coming months, and their ability to service our orders. If our supplier doesn't have a product in stock, and we have no control over this, then we cannot fulfil any orders for it and accept no responsibility for the delay.

Yarn Photographs
We have taken great care to present our yarns, in digital form, as true to actual colour as possible. However, computer monitors vary widely, and one colour may not appear identical from one monitor to the next.

A green will probably never appear blue, but it may be difficult to tell the difference between a blue-green and a turquoise and in some cases a black from a dark blue. Some images may also appear darker than the item will actually be in real life.

Some yarns are also noticeably different from dye-lot to dye lot or batch to batch, in these cases we will alert you to this possiblity.
